OHH Great post! I’m loving your website;
Although there are many blighted areas of Lehigh Acres, there are pockets that have not been as scarred by this. The upside to this is there are now affordable homes to be had by families, but we need the families. Investors are flocking to take advantage of the once 250k home for 30k on the auction block. We do not need more absentee landlords here. We need families to firm up this community.
Your slideshow was very accurate for some outlying area’s of Lehigh Acres, but in town and in select neighborhoods there are no signs of the economic turmoil.We are hopeful and hanging on.
Second Chance-
Thanks for taking the time to look at my presentation. I am sure that you are right – not all of Lehigh is like the part that I visited. I’m glad that you think that I got the story right. When I was there, I heard people tell me about the investors.
It looks like a nice place, where a lot of people just wanted a chance for a nice home in a quiet community.
